New Patients
At FCLD Spa, our priority is to ensure every patient feels at ease, secure, and well cared for from the moment they enter our facility.
Before your initial appointment, we kindly request that you complete all necessary paperwork in advance. Should you require assistance or be unable to complete the forms ahead of time, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow us to assist you promptly.
During your first visit as a new patient, we will conduct a comprehensive review of your medical history and any prior treatments you may have undergone. Subsequently, we will engage in a detailed discussion about your treatment objectives. Following this assessment, we will collaborate with you to design a personalized treatment plan tailored to achieve your desired outcomes.
